Wed- 8 am treadmill 60 min
          2 pm treadmill 
Thurs- 8 am treadmill
           3 pm treadmill
Fri- 5 hills on treadmill
      8.5 flat treadmill
Sat- 5 tm
Sun- 5 tm
        3 tm
